Rhonda is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with extensive experience across all areas of people management – both HR and Organisational Development. Calm and courageous, she has worked in the corporate, education and charity sectors, holding both senior operational and strategic management roles. Her experience includes the set-up of specialist advisory units, supporting staff at all levels across a wide geographical area and leading a team recognised at the Sussex Business Awards for their work on a healthy workplace. Rhonda’s great strength is her ability to understand the wider business perspective and work as a trusted partner. She has also undertaken a Board level HR Trustee position, where she chaired the HR Committee.
Peter is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and spent 25 years undertaking a wide variety of people management roles within the Financial Services sector. Most recently Head of Operations for a large organisation in the Travel and Hospitality sector, Peter headed up a national, multi-award-winning Contact Centre and led customer experience focus across the wider business. A clear communicator who specialises in leading people through periods of significant cultural change, his expertise centres around, performance metrics/management and continuous process improvement. Effective staff engagement is also a passion.
