Do you do one-off work?

Yes – we are very happy to undertake specific pieces of work or a one-off project and much of the support we provide to companies relates to this type of activity. Many of our clients return to us for assistance as and when the need for guidance arises.

Do you offer a full outsourced HR function?

A number of our clients use our services monthly under a retainer arrangement – with the level of support tailored to their specific requirements. This can be either in support of internal HR resources or because the organisation has no internal HR function to call upon. We are always happy to discuss the requirements that any potential client may have.

Where are you based?

We are based in Burgess Hill, in the heart of West Sussex. However, we are pleased to offer services that allow us to support organisations flexibly wherever they are located.

Are we committed to a long-term contract if we use your services?

No. We can provide help with one-off pieces of work, support with defined projects or partnership on a more regular, long term basis with reasonable notice periods if you are concerned about being tied into a contract. Where longer term support is mutually agreed we acknowledge that commitment with reduced rates. Our approach covers a full range of these situations – whatever works best to suit our clients.

Do you specialise in any industries/sectors?

We don’t. We firmly believe that our specialism is people – in many and varied settings. We look to our clients to share their business context and describe the employment issues they encounter. We then apply our knowledge to that individual situation.
Together, our consultants have considerable experience, gained over many years, and between them they have worked with and in a variety of industries and across all business sectors. We work with clients across a range of sectors and are happy to discuss your requirements, whatever your circumstances.

What size businesses do you work with?

The majority of our work is with companies with up to 250 staff. Though we have experience of advising companies of 1500 + staff.
